I am trying to loose weight but my time schedule doesn't fit exercise in.

So I am 15 and am trying to loose weight since I am over weight, and I am starting a diet, but the exercise is a problem I have since I work, and have school, but my job happens to be pushing a cart around for 3-4 hours a day around a library for putting books up. Is that enough exercise for trying to get results?

Try to drink "NONI" you take it on an empty stomach it tastes good and it gives you energy all day and makes you less hungry too! The best of all is that it's natural not like most diet pills. You can find it at any GNC store! Good luck try to excercise at 20 min. You'll feel great after you do it!

Maybe, you can try having a balanced diet.That's more on fruits and vegetables. Drink more water, too.

No, good diet and exercise is the key. Take out 20-30 minutes of the day to do intense nonstop exercise since you are limited in time.

Yes, walking for that period is good exercise. You still need to a adjust what you're eating.
