How do I get faster or improve my sprint form?
I'm 5'2" and 115 lbs. I'm 14 years old. I had clubbed feet when I was born but got surgery to point them the correct way. Now when I run I'm super slow( 6.1 for my 40 time) probably because I land on my heels naturally and my feet point inward between strides. How can I fix the technique by stretches, etc.? I know I obviously have to lift and practice running.
