I know i injured my rotator cuff, probably the front part. i don't think i tore it - it hurts, but i'm increasing in strength. fixing it?
i work out quite a lot. it was severely injured years ago. i broke and dislocated the shoulder. this is the second time span i've spent going to the gym. i'm able to increase weight steadily and can use it for quite awhile, once i'm warmed up, the pain more or less goes away. i have 90-95% mobility. is it just pulled? i don't think it's torn since i can perform normally, i just tolerate the pain.
