Okay Ed, fasten your seatbelt. Sugar addiction can lead to obesity, type two diabetes, heart troubles, alcohol addiction, and much more. You need to stop it now and get to eating good replacements. The natural sugars in fruit are easier for you body to assimilate. Stay away from white, refined, processed sugar, high fructose corn syrup being one of the worst offenders. Local honey is a good one to replace the bad ones with, as it naturally carries allergy protection also. Stevia is a natural sweetener, as is xylotol, that do not pump up your glycemic reaction. Stevia has many health bennies as does xylotol. Xylotol is excellent for your teeth. Better than the poison fluoride. Sugar is in many processed products. Soups, frozen foods, canned fruits (to hide the bitterness of the unripe fruit in the can),.. I know this is a lot but a sugar addiction can ruin your health like a wrecked train.
