Are there any alternate means of getting potassium? (Besides bananas.) And how much do they give? (compared to a banana.)

No additional details required, it's pretty straight forward. I just wanna know all the foods that i can eat to inch up away from cramps. (I'll be eating bananas too...)

The highest food in potassium is white beans with 561mg in 100gm. A banana has 358mg in 100gm. Other high potassium foods are spinach, potatoes, apricots, squash, yoghurt, salmon, avocados and mushrooms, all with higher potassium than bananas.

Bananas don't even make the top 10 foods for potassium. Sweet potatoes are the best source.
