My brother has swelling in his right testis and its been 14 days he has this problem, he took medicines but not too beneficial. Plz suggest

Your brother may have swollen testicles due to buildup of harmless fluid known as hydrocele. This may also be as a result of testicular cancer or infection. The best way to handle all this would be to see your doctor and check out http://stayinginshape.com/4union/libv/p76.shtml for more on this.
