Get a copy of your existing deed from the county courthouse. Copy it, but at the beginning insert that the "grantor" is the current owner, and the "grantee" is all the owners you want to become owners, including the grantor. In other words, John Smith (the current owner) is the grantor and the grantees are "John Smith, Mary Brown, and Jim Jones, as joint tenants with right of survivorship ." If any of these people is married, it gets complicated and this simple deed won't work. You will have to discuss what you are doing with the county records clerk to figure out if you will have to pay a realty transfer tax. There will also be a small filing fee to have the new deed recorded. Find a Realtor or paralegal who can review what you've written to see if it is correct.
