1. Sugar free jello. Make it in layers. Mix lite cool whip in some of it after it gels and alternate layers. Put fruit in one or two layers. It's good. 2. Another.....mix 3/4 cup rice krispies with 1/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter. You can hear it over the stove to make it mix easier. Low heat. Spread it in a 9" pie plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until firm. Make up a sugar free pudding that you like and spread on top of pb crust. Refrigerate. When you want to serve it slice bananas or whatever fruit you like and put on top. Serve with lite cool whip.
Fruit no process biscuits or or sweets. Sugar free is not healthy it make u hungry for more cause of the man made sweetner in it. Jello has animal bones and hide in it and has process chemicals in it and artificial fake flavors. I don't eat anything form a box or can or container form a store to make a desert way to many chemicals.
