Heck! That's easy! Three times each day, stand and chant "Umm umm umm BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA Umm umm umm!" for 30 to 45 minutes or so. You'll be completely amazed at the result in a month or so! Oh yeah...one more thing. Try to cut back from 4 double-meat Whoppers with cheese and Super Size fries each day to maybe 3 instead! That way, you can eat 1 double-meat Whopper with cheese and a Super Size fries and then chant 3 times every day! Good Luck!

This is a very general question and response cannot be one size fit all. I can respond in 2 parts. To lose weight without cutting back on a calories, you need to divide what you normally eat in a day by 4 to 5 meals. Spread it out and consume them few hours apart. Eat your first meal within the first 30 -45 min you wake up. That will boost your metabolism and lose weight automatically without cutting back the food intake.
To stay fit, you need a combined cardio and resistance exercise program. Cardio like exercises such as running or biking will keep your stamina (and lungs) fit while increasing weight bearing exercise will keep your metabolism to continue to peak while you are at rest (sitting).
Eat properly and healthily. Don't try and starve yourself just do things naturally that make you feel good. Eat enough that it makes you full and then stop. Exercise is very important. Jogging for 20 minutes each day and playing a sport that requires a lot of movement or dancing is a good idea. Try to be as active as you can and eat to sustain energy.
dieting isnt just for a period of times it should be for the rest of your life. If you loose wight and then start over eating and not exercising you will gain it all back so make it something personal. and remeber you can eat anything but in small portions so if you are at a party dont have 2 pecies of cake just have 1 and dont drink too much sugary drinks also. 70% of losing weight is in the kitchen, eating clean and watching your portions, etc. The other 30% is exercising. You should try "The 30 Day Shred" by Jillian Michaels. I got it and lost 50 pounds on it. There are 3 levels and each level is only a 20 minute workout.

a simple answer is to eat healthy food and find an exercise that you enjoy and take a multiple vitamin....this has worked for me and I also take lots of vit c to boost my immune system. I have lost over 60lbs in less than a year and I feel great. good luck to you...
DO NOT EAT LESS!!! I should know, my dads a health professional. Just eat a diet of fish and green veggies at least every 2-3 hrs! Exercise daily, but you can take a day off say, once a week. Good luck!!!!

Depends what your more likely to react to. Some are doing them 10 minute intense work outs where your body continues to burn calories after. Others exercise longer. Eating three meals a day, a portion should only fill inside the plate. Drink enough water and do something you enjoy or you will not stick to it. Dancing to your favourite music for a few minutes a day and lengthen the time you dance for, music always makes me busy. Or walking, running is quite high impact on your joints. Swimming. But get your blood pressure checked before making any changes. I wish you well.
Do a variety of anaerobic and aerobic exercise. Eat whats good for your body- NO TRANS FAT NO SODA, they have very bad affects on your body. Eat whole some foods. Want strawberry yogurt? Get yogurt and add strawberries don't buy the sugary crap! Feed your body like you would your own child!
Eat healthy fats such as Avocados, nuts, fish, etc. Avoid added sugars, people think frozen yogurt is better than ice cream but this is absolutely not true. sugar is the worst, always choose healthy fats and natural sugars.
Eat healthy, avoid junk foods , drink plenty of water, exercise at least 5 days a week for half an hour, go for a brisk walking daily, practice yoga, keep your mind stress free, avoid smoking and drinking( if you smoke / drink). Above all be happy and keep your mind fresh and happy
