What to do when you just don't feel happy?

I know the ill feeling will go away in a few days but for as long as it lasts its just so sad. I usually try to do a little bit of everything from sports to books to games. So at these times there is nothing 'new' for me to try,

Personally, I just sleep through it, lie on the ground and pretend I'm dead, sit in my room and stare at a wall, or surf the web for interesting things. Time flies and before you know it you feel normal again. Maybe read a non-fiction book, which contain topics that interest you. Maybe watch a good movie, one which you know does not disappoint you. Maybe get some exercise?

Eat your fave food and do something awesome with your friends, always works for me. I went bungee jumping once and then ate pizza. :)
