Why were my eyes blue for so long...?

Most baby's are born with blue eyes, right? Then they change. It's completely normal, but I had ice blue eyes for 7-8 years my mother says (my pictures prove it) and now my eyes are there good ol' color green. How come my eyes were that blue for so long? Is something up or is having strait up pure ice blue eyes for seven years then finally having them change to green just completely normal?

You have Hazel colored eyes. This also means your eye color will continuously change. This is very similar to a mood ring. Try to concentrate on looking at blue and metallic colors. Look in the mirror every couple of days and enjoy the changes. : )

My eyes are green. They don't change at all. It's just that I had blue eyes the first 7-8 years of my life, and I just wanna know why I had them for so long.

Yes. It's normal. When I was very young I had light green eyes but now they're a darkish hazel.

Yeah, but I had blue eyes longer than normal. They were supposed to change earlier than that. Not so late.
