Does anyone know how the dorms are run in "East Max"? I'm told there is a head of the dorm (an inmate). Please someone help me.

when you get locked up, you need to find out right away who the shot caller or Rep. is for you race or who you run with, and find out the do's and don'ts so you don't find them out the hard way.

when you get there find someone of your race and ask them who's the Rep. and then ask to speak to them, to get the inmate rules the Rep or shot caller will tell you everything you need to know.

there is a lot of racial politics in there you need to know about which phones you can use what tables to sit at what sinks you can use etc. all divided by race
