Hey mr. Badusername, 13 year olds don't look like the hulk no matter how much they work out. Their muscles just aren't fully developed yet. I know your eager to build muscle and improve your strength but it's best to stay away from heavy lifting for a few more years. Focus on a healthy diet, cardio exercises, and very light lifting. You'll get your chance to show the world how strong you are eventually, but rushing into it could actually damage your muscles. Good luck !

Start doing some dips, kicking back on one leg and situps. Those will help the tricep area. Do it regularly. At your age I wouldn't recommend doing anything too strenuous. Unless you feel like you have strength to do something a little more challenging.
