It does, but it is a natural form that is easy to digest. Diabetics however have to be cautious even in this area. Drinking a huge glass of oj is not as good as eating an orange. The orange has the fiber included. So unless you have pulp in your juice you are missing out of key fiber. Also the tendency is to drink too much juice. Compared to eating an orange. A small glass is better. Dried fruit is crazy concentrated sugar so it is wise to watch eating too much of that. Bolthouse has wonderful fruit/veggie mixed drinks in your refrigerated produce isle. I get a lot of my veggies and fruit with that. And remember that the wonderful tomato is a fruit. So enjoy those red sauces on your pizza and wings, lol.
