Tips for getting prepared for track/field!?
I'm trying out for varsity track in a month. I'm going to be sprinting the 800.
Drink lots of water and eat healthy before you start you training. Prepare you self for it Starting running 100ms meters and then work your was up to 800 meters. Remember to pace your self as you go and focus on you breathing.

Go for short runs/ walks every morning before school. make sure your bring water and focus on your breathing. Or after school go in quick runs/jogs. It really helps!
Don't underestimate the mental aspect of running.
