Well everyone wants to take a short cut to abs. Yet it doesn't work like that. Most people work it out every other day. It takes commitment. Also, abs are like 80% diet and 20% gym. So watch what you eat, find a diet plan, and start training. Sprint training is what worked well for me. Look online for free nutritional advice and workout regimes.
in today's world, everyone wants things "quick and easy." ain't gonna happen! you eat healthy and drink plenty of healthy liquids! you get plenty of rest (sleep!) no drugs or alcohol!! you get a whole lot of real exercise, running and sit ups and push-ups and jumping jacks and the whole shebang and you stay with it day after day, week after week, month after month, and yes; year after year. it is not a fad...it is a lifestyle!!! you have gotta want it and like a lot of good things in this world; you gotta work hard, real hard to get it and keep it! and yes, you can do it!!!...;-)
There's no quick or easy way of getting definitive abs. The most important thing is your diet. Next, you must do a lot of core exercises on top of the traditional sit-ups. Perform these exercises at least every other day and the diet must become a way of life. If you stick to these rules for an indefinite amount of time you will undoubtedly receive your desired abs.
