Last night I had troubles getting to sleep. Now, I feel exhausted but I need to keep myself awake until night. What can I do?

What I might try in a situation like yours is to go out shopping... if you try to read or watch TV you might end up napping.

But at the mall, walking and wandering and looking at pretty things, maybe chatting with various people along the way...just to enjoy putting in some time until you are ready to sleep again.

My recommendation is to get a 4 pack of 5 hour energy. Please be careful if you are driving and try and stay off the roads if possible. driving while exausted is the same as driving drunk.

Coffee, tea, soda, go to that doughnut shop! A cold shower is really good as well! Wake up sleepy head! :)

Exercise, dance will make you feel better an have energy for the rest of the day.

Go for a walk even though your exhausted. You'll feel better and prob be able to sleep tonight.
