What could be the source of this pain I sometimes get?

Sometimes in my legs or in my arms around my knee to my ankle, and from my elbow to my wrist, I get this feeling that maybe my blood circulation has been cut off. Kind of like how it feels when you tie a rubber band around your finger too tightly. I looked it up and saw it could really be a problem with my blood, but my mom thinks it would be from my spine because in our family the Disk Degenerative Disease or whatever is common. But she describes it as nerve pain and I don't feel like this pain is from my nerves. I hope I'm making sense to you!

Whatever it is, you need to go to a doctor to get it checked out. A doctor would be able to diagnose you properly, and it's even more important if you have a family history of related illnesses.

It sounds like pain I get from a nerve disease. But we all experience pain differently. See your doctor, bring a printout of your research to the doctor to aid in the discussion. Some diagnoses take a while to make, so you may have to go back to the doctor quite a few times to determine a final diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.
