Orright, orright, it's time to play Devil's advocate. Some people really ARE better than the rest of us.
How can you and I claim equality with Christian Barnard, who developed heart transplant surgery; or Sam Clemens, who continues to bring joy to generations of people; or Bill Gates and Steve Jobs who put a computer into every home? And they're just a few more-or-less ordinary people and don't even approach the achievements of the Newtons, Einsteins, Teslas, Galileos, and Edisons of the world.
The fact is we don't have two groups of people we could label "Good" and "Not good". People can be arranged along a very long line according to their degree of "goodness" (or "achievements") and most of us are clustered somewhere in the middle. There will be people a little bit better or worse, and there will be people who are a lot better or worse.
So if somebody thinks s/he is better than me, that's fine. She may well be. Or perhaps not. I don't really mind either way.
Because, they think that if they look better then any person around them then it'll make he/she look like there cool and the other person will look like a complete clown. But, the only fool there fooling is themselves.
