How can I lose weight?
ACTIVITY : Cycle to school and home, a total of 16-20 min every weekday.
Other than that i don't move at all, except in school on p.e and when i walk between classes. But i'm not very active on p.e.
Other than that i just sit in front of my computer and i'm never really out so yeh...
How many calories?
How much exercise?
I want to lose at least 10 kg FAST!
Under half a year.
Is sit ups enough exercise to tone your body if you just diet..?
I hate exercise...
