What are some tips for an elevator?
I just started cheer and we are doing stunts and I had never done stunts before. I'm a base. Today we only did elevator and extension, then bump and cradle to get down. But what are some tips for right base? When we do extension I lose balance and we have to get down. Any tips? We have our first game a week from today and we are doing a halftime routine so please help me!
