How to incorporate muscular strength in my life
Work with free weights and/or weight lifting. Do squats, lunges, curls, push-ups, planks.You should do at least 20 minutes, 2-3 times a week, every other day. Muscles need a day of rest between workouts.
Buy a resistance band and look up some good exercises! Or do calisthenics!
Look for work out dvds that are suitable for you. Go on youtube
