You feel worse than sad. It usually occurs for more than a day or so. You feel like you've lost purpose in everything. You feel like there's nothing left and there's no point in anything. You feel as if everything you've tried was just a waste of time.
There's counseling and you can also try doing something new.
You go to your nearest psychiatrist, fill out a little sheet of various personal questions, and then your doctor will diagnose you based on those answers. He/She will probably prescribe some sort of medicine and have you start counseling sessions. There is no way to 'fix it.' It's a learning experience that takes time and patience. Best of luck.
if everything seems gloomy.. you always feel sad.. not energetic.. you simply are sitting n lost somewhere in deep thoughts.. don't feel like doing anything.. less sleep.. if yes.. you might be depressed.... consult some psychiatrist.. n try to ask whatever comes to your mind..
