Why do I feel fatter right after working out?

The muscles have swollen from being damaged. This is supposed to happen. It's totally healthy.

maybe because it helps you to not be hungry? when i work out it makes me full

i'm not sure if this is the case with you, but sometimes when i work out i get slightly depressed afterwards because of low blood sugar. being depressed may make you feel less self-confident and thus make you feel fat. being properly hydrated and taking a slight snack before working out prevents post-exercise depression

yes we feel fatter because when we exercise our muscles get toned and so it gets contract and we sense that we are flat, but its for a while. so don't worry !!

Might have to do with the extra water intake during workout. We naturally drink more water while working out so it would make sense that the body is retaining most of it, especially if your regimen isn't taxing enough.

due to long of time you are sitting and not doing any physical activity its effect on your body

I think it is because of being seated for long hours and you should consult the doctor as it might be because of some sought of stomach issue.
