What should I do to lose weight?

I'm not that fat but all my friends are so skinny and I feel so fat when I'm with them. I'm so busy these days so I can't exercise because I don't have time so what is a simple and easy exercise that I can do easily in my house? Also what are some good exercise to grow tall?

I hear ya, but try not to compare your beauty to that of your friends. I found reg aerobic exercise wasn't cutting it for me anymore. Plus I got sick & was unable to go out for hikes or walks. I transitioned to Pilate's. I started w/ Windsor Pilate's & was in love with the results! This gave me the look I wanted in a short amount of time. It also stretches & makes your muscles lean & longer instead of bulky. I went through training to teach Pilates & it is an exercise that can make you a bit taller abt 1/2- 1" if done properly. After a few workouts you will look as if you lost 5lbs as well as appear taller. It doesn't burn a ton of calories, which is great as you seem like you don't need to lose weight but rather have your body proportioned dif & toned perhaps? You can order DVD's on Amazon very inexpensively. The basic mat exercises can get you looking lean in 20min a day. I switched my routine around after learning the basics & use a resistance band for the routine I do. I just plop myself down to my favorite TV show & before I know it I'm done! The benefit from Pilate's with a resistance band (also available cheap online or Walmart) is that you are building muscle which in turn burns fat and calories for 24hrs after. I'm never out of breath but I know it's working. Keeps your metabolism fired up! I realized after 20yrs exercising (I'm 34 female) that ya maybe I should do cardio like I used to but I stay committed to Pilate's bc I love the results & that I can do it at home, getting results in a short time. You don't have to kill yourself at the gym. Do something you like bc that's the key to staying in shape. At least for me :) I'm not one for miracle diet pills, however I did take interest in Raspberry Ketone's featured on the Dr. Oz show. Basically not a jittery type pill but has been shown to aid in weight loss. I've been taking them for over a year now & like the benefits. Also something I got online I believe from Amazon. Try googling it for the details as to what it does or go to YouTube to find the episode that Dr. Oz did on Raspberry Ketone's... very interesting. I wish you luck & I apologize for the very long response. I hope you are able to be happy with who you are & not compare yourself to others. You are perfect the way you are, so if you decide you want to change or lose weight I hope you are doing it for you, & not bc you think you aren't good enough. all one has to do is watch what and how much you stuff in the ol' pie hole. as to grow tall, wear stilts.

If you are healthy, don't succumb to peer pressure to become something you are not. To lose weight, simply burn more calories than you consume. Eat smaller portions, take a brisk walk, dance, have some vigorous s*x. It really doesn't take much, just be regular with it. There are no exercises to grow taller, height is determined by genetics.

If you are going to left yourself be so easily influenced just by being around people, how are you going to handle not doing things that are dangerous fir you? So if most kids around you were doing drugs, or shagging, or shop lifting, etc., you'd feel compelled to do the same thing?

you cant get taller. You were decided at birth at what height you will grow to. As for losing weight, exercise a good 80 mins a day and eat very little fats. Stick to organic foods as well. mainly work on cardio to lose weight
