What do I need to do to complete a return of an item?

To complete your return by UPS, first, print out the pre-paid UPS return shipping label. Then, place your UPS return shipping label on the package. Finally, take your package to the closest UPS drop off. To complete your return by mail, first, print out a pre-paid SmartLabel?, place the label on the package and then drop it in the US mail.

Depends on store. Some require a receipt, some dont but may only give store credit. Call them and ask them what there policy is.
