Chase Bank, shows constant customer interaction and a good accountability with money which are two large strengths future employers look for. Also, your chances for advancement at a bank are much better than that of a retail position. These days, your resume sells your true first impression and personal accountability with the most important commodity, money, is more valued than a two hour training course on the difference between a duvet and a comforter.
