Sleeping problems help?

I have school in about 5 hours. And I can't sleep? how can I fall asleep? I don't want to take any pills. I've tried relaxing. I've tryed just trying. I don't know what to do? help please.

I know you said you didn't want to take pills but there is a non prescription, natural pill called melatonin available at any health food store or pharmacy. Melatonin is the hormone your body produces to tell it when to sleep so your not putting any chemicals in your body that aren't already there naturally. Take a couple of those and then relax and lay down, you'll fall asleep and it doesnt have any side effects or make you feel groggy when you wake up.

get off the computer and lay down, you will fall asleep

Just cut off all the lights, listen to some music on your phone. And just sit there, eventually youll fall asleep. Mostly likely u wont fall asleep until its like a hr or 2 before u have to go to school. Happens to me all the time xd

Just turn off the lights and listen to some slow music and you should fall asleep.

I've been doing a study on this exact same thing for almost 2 years I have discovered the following ways to help you

during the day don't ever lay on your own bed... because you are learning your subconscious that its allowed to be awake on your bed

find a sleeping routine say to yourself 9:30 is bed time and go to bed and switch OFF ALL CELLPHONES AND OTHER DISTRACTIONS!!!!

you can also do a few tiny fitness exercises
