Please someone help! I've slept through 8 alarm clocks, and 18 calls!

This is becoming a serious issue, please dont tell me to buy something we can't afford it. i live with my dad older and younger brother. Both my dad and older brother leave at least an hour before i even wake up, so they can't wake me and my little brother gets up and the sane time but doesnt want to wake me. Please i dont know what to do i get 8 hours of sleep every night it just suddenly stopped working, i have school tommorow morning so somebody please help me!

You don't respond to noise so maybe lights or motion. If you respond well to light you might try a plug in timer for your lamp that would shine real bright in your room and you can adjust the timer to see how much time your body would need to respond to the light before you wake up. If you need to be shaken to wake up you might need something that vibrates. You could plug in a vibrator to the lamp timer and sleep with it. Or another idea is a heating pad. You can sleep with that and plug that into the timer and set it on high heat to wake you up if you don't like heat. What ever you can think of to plug in to a timer should at least give you some food for thought. Good luck!

If your little brother won't help you, then even though you don't want to get up that early, you'll need your dad or older brother to wake you up right before they leave for the day. Not much of a choice if alarm clocks aren't doing the trick. Maybe too, you need more than 8 hours of sleep, that's just an average - some people need less, some people need more.

I have to be up at 7 they leave at 6 and thats considered late to them, my dad doesn't want me up that early so i can't do that

okay 8 hours of sleep is needed by some people... you could try sleeping a few hours earlier then you may be able to wake up :)

ok then . give your body the whole sleep it needs and allow it to wake naturally. Go to sleep as early as u can. :)

I heard that if you say the time you want to wake up three times then bang your head against the wall for how many hours you want to sleep then you wake up at that time. Worth a shot.

My brother has the same problem... He set his clock so loudly that it would wake ME up! Its really strange because one day, i opened his door(seilenetly) and he immadeatly woke up!
