Whats a quick way to get tones thighs?
I want to get toned thighs, just so that they don't wiggle when I walk. any ideas

Squats! And healthy diet. Running does wonders for your legs too.
Squats I'm in the process of toning my thighs and belly . But squats work well :D and walking , running , riding a bike .(: good luck!
