i agree with lilyfall.Excrise and eat right/heathly.Try and stay away from pop,juice and junk food its does hurt just to have some once a week. You should try eating a good meal like salmon fish,rice, asparagus and water.And its ok to be big that's just how some people are big but still healthy,but if you just want to lose some of the fat excrise and healthy food choices is what you should aim for
Actual it's both exercise and healthier eating choices. Get a smaller plate people think this doesn't help but it does. People tend to eat the food on their plate, even if they're full. Hope this helps.
Depends if you have health issues. But if you don't start by power walking. Cardio is most important. Do some situps and pushups. All of that exercising routines. Go on youtube and find some good workouts. Maybe buy Dvds P90x. :) Goodluck
