I out of the blue here have a sharp/stabbing pain directly under my bellybutton, not right behind it. 4hour shift + belt be the culprit?

I'm 17 and was standing moving around a lot my shift + the buckle isn't a typical buckle so it does jab into me? but i didn't feel it ?

i often have this too. it only does it to me when i am stretching back in a chair. i think it may be the cause of your nerves or muscles in a knot and then when you stretch you pull then straight. and yes it hurts like a female dog

If this pain happens daily,I'm thinking it could be a hernia, maybe?
