I'm looking into making a gaming computer.I want to know how the performance with be and if I'll be able to run Skyrim with Max Settings?

Hardware will be:

Motherboard: ASRock P67
CPU: Intel i7 2600K 3.4GHz (Will Overclock to 4.7GHz)
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1600MHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1GB (Hoping to dedicate 5GB from my ram to make it a total of 6GB dedicated)

Any other details needed ask.

That will be more than enough. You can run ultra no problem.
