vegatables or fruit.. you can eat little junk food but watch your intake. if you eat like a salad, even though it is healthy you can gain weight from drowning it in ranch. same with sandwiches, you can put to much mayo or mustard. watch the servering per bag, or cup. it's all about your intake. i really hope this helps.

Whatever you do DO NOT EAT BANANAS! I learned that the hard way. I wanted to lose weight also and then all the sudden I gained more weight. It is very abnormal but just dont eat them for your diet!

you can eat whatever you want. just work out. you cant just go on a diet alone, that is stupid. work out and go on a diet. those to are best, but you don't have to be skinny. have some meat on your bones, for god sakes!

no food will help you to loss wt. but there are some foods can stop your appetite ,and they are good for the body as ( carrots ) , drinking sweetened coffee without food , drinking Cola without food ,, if you use these three ,your desire for food will be limited and so you can loss some wt. ,,,

All fruits. Especially citrus like oranges and pineapples. And any kind of melons. Seafood also too. Any types of fish, and shrimp. Stay away from fried foods. And keep eating grilled, baked, roasted, any kind of lean meat. And also vegetables too. Those are important. Instead of milk chocolate, eat dark chocolate. Dark chocolate has less fat. But not too much. And also, avocados, yogurt, nuts, and any kind of salads with low-fat ranch or blue cheese dressing or Italian dressing. Red wine is good for the blood flow and the heart. Also soups. Homemade or from a can. Stay away from junk food and fatty pasta. And also green tea and lots of water. Also try this, we all always wants something to eat or munch on for flavor, so instead of food, suck on some mints or candy. What I like is jolly ranchers and also life savers mints. Both peppermint and spearmint.

Try not to eat foods like bananas, grapes, or apples because those fruits lower down your metabolism. Your metabolism is what helps you lose weight while you eat. Also eat grilled or baked meat and fish instead of fried. Don't eat a lot of meat because it might make you get high cholesterol. Eat lots of vegetables. Try eating with chop sticks. They take longer to use so by the time you're half way done, you'll be full. Don't forget to drink water and exercise. Please use my tips! Thanks for listening! :D

working out and eating right is key. Eat healthy things but in moderation still, stay away from junk food as much as possible, but if u want to have some, allow yourself once a week with a small amount. drink plenty of water

Eatting sea-fish instead of pork ,beef or mutton,and have more fruit and vegetable.Drinking more water is essential,too The least but is the most important is reducing cooking oil.To my opinion ?Western like butter so much,but butter is so greasy which contains much fat that eating it will get fatter.

Metabolism is a problem for some. We often have chromium deficiency in our diet from bleached flour. Chromium helps regulate metabolism and blood sugar levels, but use supplements as directed, as too much can be toxic. Eat fruits in morning and vegetables at night, never mixing. Enough water and fiber content to remove toxins is essential--water 20 minutes before a meal, an apple to 'tide you over', chew well, don't 'wolf' your food down. You might also use an herbal toxin cleanse, from a health food store, along with lecithin capsules to act as an emollient to aid in fat-bound toxin removal. I did this, with echinacea/goldenseal caps and lost 30 lbs. in six weeks. Did not exercise, but had more energy.
P.S. Use of chromium/vanadium supplements reputed help diabetics reduce insulin in 2/3 of cases or get off insulin in six months, but PLEASE refer to your doctor. Diabetes may be reversible. It is a deficiency,

My father would always drink several large glasses of ice water throughout the day and
at night. Your body will burn calories warming up the water before it absorbs it. He ate
basically whatever he wanted. He kept a "six pack" body well into his 50's. Limit fat, salt and carbs and you'll lose weight. Good Luck

cut down your calorie intake to 1000 or less a day (like me) and i weigh 103 lbs excersise (cant spell) at night or in the evening because it helps with loosing weight

Full bars and Quest bars. Most are 170 calories, make wonderful meal substitutions and snacks. I have lost 80 pounds in the last five months by following a 1200 calorie diet with limited activity, wheel chair 95% of the time.

I suggest water based vegis as well as stuff like cuscus and kinwa (think that how you spell it) because you can have quite a lot of it and it will fill you up. Though remember 30% of losing weight is exercising. Also remember 300-350 cals for breakfast same with lunch and dinner and you are aloud to have 3 100 cal snacks each day. Though everyones metabolism works at different paces. I went by the instructions when I was 9 years old same with my mum who was in her late 40's and I lost 7 k and she lost a lot of weight to so these instructions suit many ages.

Reading all these answers shows you that everyone may have an opinion, but they didn't learn anything from a 300 or 400 level nutrition course at a university. There are way too many fads because it's a money making industry. Any idiot with a blender and a running suit is selling some new food and diet idea. Eat how your grandparents ate. Get off the couch. Put down the game controller. Go outside.

Try eating good Carbohydrates like here's some zucchini, yellow squash, turnips, mushrooms, okra, lentils, eggplant, kidney beans, leeks, sauerkraut, spinach, cabbage, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, celery, beans, cucumber, bell peppers, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, radishes, tomato, chestnuts, salsa and plenty of WATER!

The food which are low in calories but high in their nutritive content are the best ones for weight loss. The best example is Egg Whites, only;y 30 calories per serving and has lots of proteins and fibers.

Baked Chicken, Baked Fish, Fruits, and Asparagus (preferred). Oh and drinks lots of water as water speeds up your metabolism in turn allows you to burn more calories. My friends a trainer. People pay him loads of money to have him repeat the obvious ;)

Portion control is very important, 5 small meals daily with 2 ounces of protein each meal, no salt, no real sugar, limited oil (cooking spray instead of oil), limited or no wheat, limited dairy (egg whites instead of whole eggs, skim milk, etc). Until you reach goal weight, stick with fish & skinless poultry). Lots of veggies (1-2 c lunch & dinner). Breakfast, mid morn snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner. If you feel you need to eat before going to bed, eat a small piece of fruit or fruit cup with no added sugar. Very important, drink lots of water - try to drink 75-100 ounces daily. Limit your carbs - have a small baked potato, or sweet potato; small bowl of oatmeal, etc.

Easy! Sugar free foods, romaine lettuce, blueberries, lentils, broccoli, and the most important one… red grapes. Remember, a smaller breakfast does NOT help you lose weight. Eating a full breakfast will make you feel better, satisfied, and positive. Have a pure vegetable and fruit smoothie (no sugar or artificial sweeteners) every morning and will definitely boost your energy. You're welcome! ;D

COMPLETELY cut out bread. Eat lean - proteins help you feel full - poultry, fish, and egg whites are great, along with veggies and salads. Beware - salad dressings can be very high-calorie with lots of fat! Dip fork into dressing, then into salad for each bite. Snacks in-between meals can be 25 plain almonds or a piece of fruit. Cut out all artificial sweeteners. Read labels for ingredients and amounts. It's extra work but worth it! You WILL lose weight!

Well, Most things that do not have gluten. And eating the suggested portion or less, but be warned, if you eat too much your body will store the extra food as fat. And excercise about 30 minutes after you eat to burn off the extra calories.
