How do I get my sleeping schedule back to 8 hours straight after being sick for the past 2 months?
i crushed my foot & the Dr rebuilt it. Now that Im not taking all those pain med's Im finding it dificult to get a straight 8 hours of sleep. I go to sleep at 10:00 & wake up at 1 or 2:00 & remain up sometimes all night. Whats a guy to do?
