What can i do?

I HATE putting things in my eyes... such as water, contacts, my own finger, etc. My eye doctor says i need to take eye drops every morning and before i go to bed. Is there anyway to help with that? Like will it help if someone is able to do it for me?

No. Do it on your own and just take your time and put the correct dose in.
Just make it very quick and try putting it in torwards a corner rather than right on top, which will make you more nervous.
It will be over before you know it. It takes 15 quick seconds tops.

Yes it probably will help if you have someone else do it.
That way you won't chicken out and not do it
Just ask your mom or whoever to do it.

Eye drops sound pretty bad but when you get used to it it's no big deal. Get someone to help you for the first few times or until your comfortable doing it yourself, it's really not that bad :)

Do what I do, close your eye, and put the drop in the corner of you eye, and then, blink it in.

I have to put several drops etc in my eyes daily. Luckily it doesn't bother me. I am sorry you're sensitive to them. I think having someone else helping you will be best. Just maybe you will get more comfortable with it.
Good luck!

Yeah. The corner and blink it in. Works fine.

try to place the drops in your lid in a corner . pull your lid down and look up then drop the eye drops . i understand completely !! I went thru that . It took me at least an entire month to be able to put in contacts without struggling !! I love my eyes . I don't want to cover them up with glasses so ... I forced myself !!! Putting in drops is a sinch compared to putting in contacts !!!!. Relax yourself , take deep breaths and think of something funny or happy . You can do it . It's like learning to swim or ride a bike .. Kind of ...obviously need the drops . Be brave . Being blind is way worse !

You can get someone to help you. You close one eye and look away with the other while someone puts the drop in. However....It is best you learn to do it on your own. I have always hated things near my eyes at well. I thought learning to put on mascara was a nightmare, then I had eye surgery. One of the stiches wasn't right and they had to put a new one in while I was awake. I have literally had a needle in my eye. You can do anything if you want to.
