Crock pot! I made this last night actually, we had tacos with it. You could also add BBQ sauce and do pork sandwiches.

Over charcoal, rub it with olive oil, season with, salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder. You can also use a little cayenne pepper, smoky paprika, and brown sugar, as a rub. Cook it indirect, smoke chips, and keep the heat at 225! Cook for four to five hours
