Compliment her, that usually makes girls happy. Tell her you like her shirt, her hair looks nice, or if she's wearing any jewelry, compliment that, or maybe her smile. Compliments about personality last much longer though, and she'll probably like them more. You can say she's really nice, smart, funny, whatever positive qualities you think she possesses.

Just compliment her. Nothing strong like, "Oh my GAWD you're hot!" or "MARRY ME". Something like, "I like the way you did your hair today" or compliment her clothes. When my girlfriend didn't actually like me, I would say things like, "You have a very pretty smile" or "You're kinda cute, ya know that?" or "You are a fun person" or "Y U BE SO INTELLIGENT????"

Don't say anything that weirds her out. Like "if I told you that you have a nice body, would you hold it against me?" Most people who find true love find it begins with mutual respect and friendship first. Be genuine,. Yourself. And more importantly, let her be herself. If it's meant for you to be together as a couple, great. But if you really love her, and it may be tough to handle at first, become friends. Sometimes there's a different kind of love you have to let in. Don't try to force it. Start with complimenting something easy. " I never really noticed this until just now. You really have really pretty eyes"
