I don't know how to help my mom. please read below

my mom has been crying and it makes me very upset but the reason she was crying is that she works very hard at work. she doesn't have a very great job but it's not her fault (she was an immigrant). then she has to help my little sister with her school and education which she worries a lot about. I try to help but it still isn't enough. I know she would love some vacation and I wish I could have enough money to pay her to go somewhere with my dad but sadly I'm only 13. is there anything I can do? I really want to help her because I love her and she does all this hard work for me

Start doing her tasks for her. Cooking for her is also a good thing to do. But, you and your mom should spend more fun time together. Watch a movie with her or something like that.

Emotional support is good. Offer her kind words that show comprehension towards the situation. You could help also by helping with chores. Offer her some time to talk out things and give her positive words. It will mean so much to her :)

You should tell her how you feel and how it worries you that she is so upset. You could try to find her a better job, but that is highly unlikely. Try to cheer her up becuase she loves you more than you know. It will make her day if her teen daughter/son wants to hang out with her. trust me :)

She could have a job at booking. Com. My mom is a immigrant so she work there by answering the phone using the language she speaks(she speaks Chinese) and just help other people order a hotel room. I hope this can help.

Write some talk shows see if they are helping people out? It's worth a shot!

Help out around the house, give her neck massages, stay out of trouble, tell her how you appreciate how much she does for you and your family, and clean clean clean!

Tell her what you just told us. You may think it's obvious, but when you're feeling that overwhelmed, you don't expect your kids to notice. It will mean a lot to her just to know that you see it, that you care, and that you want to make it better.

Then start thinking smaller. You don't have it in your power to make her job better or to pay for her to go on vacation, but I bet you can find other ways to give her the mental and emotional relief she needs. Find five, ten minutes a day where she would normally be busy, but you can free her up. Do the dishes, fold the laundry. Help your sister finish her homework. Have dinner prepared when she comes home. Really look at everything your mom does, and find the things that you can take off her plate. Any time you free up for her is time she can use to recharge, so she can have the strength to face those challenges you CAN'T take away from her. You may not be a superhero, but you're a motivated 13 year old, and that's a lot more powerful than you might think.

May we all be blessed with children as devoted as you, honey. Your mom couldn't be in better hands. <3

first off your an awesome kid... most kids your age are not appreciative of the things parents do for them.. I think u should say what u posted and help her around the house and maybe take a moment to plan a movie night or have a picnic since u cant afford anything big.
