Constriction of the blood vessels in the brain. They can be caused by eyesight, allergies, sinus pressure, stress, caffeine. A nap, cool compress, and Tylenol usually knocks out the garden variety headache!
That could be a sinus headache or a stress headache. For sinuses, use a sinus headache medicine and mucinex. For stress, take a pain reliever and try to get more rest. I'd say avoid stress, but that's next to impossible.

You can sleep it out or take medication. But sometimes they cause by different scents or different smells. I know it seems wierd but thats what sometimes causes it. or sometimes if you squeeze your head and if it feels a bit better its allergies, if you do have allergies i recomend emergency C it doesnt take really well but gives you your vitamins to help out.
Some people get headaches from tension. I'm more likely to get sick to my stomach. Put your hand on the pain and pray in the name of Jesus for the pain to go away. Now, if you are saved that will work.
Headaches do not have one cause. Some are caused by low blood sugar, some by stress, some by high or low blood pressure, some by food allergy or specific substances in food, some by over-study, some by infection, some by muscular tension, some by ..... . I think by now you get the picture. There is not one cause and if you want to find an answer you need to find a recurrence pattern. Pay attention.
