What way or thing can you do to lose weight quickly?
okay ! so I needa lose weight (pounds) fast! well at least within 2 months ... or so . my goal is to lose at least 35 pounds within a month and a half .....not sure if that's possible .. anyway I started walking 2 times around my field . (live in the country) ..and do sit ups ..what else can I do to lose weight ? faster and healthier (: (no rude dumb comments ) please (:
