What is an Army Personnel File?

For an English project, my teacher wanted the class to individually create coroner's reports for the deceased characters of Romeo and Juliet. One of the requirements was to include "army personnel files" for each victim (Romeo, Tybalt, Mercutio, Juliet, etc.). What does this mean? What information would I need to include in an army personnel file for each of these characters?

Teachers... they get ideas sometimes...
Such a file would include data like family name, first names, date of birth, place of birth, next relatives, blood group (that would be a problem), gender, height ect.
Then data like date of signing up, military group, rank, current unit, current posting, previous postings, received trainings, conduct, yearly assessments by the superior, deployments and anything else that happens during a army career. That is quiet a lot, especially for fictious people who never been soldiers.
