Hi in addition to what every body has stated clearly i will suggest that pl combat stress by proper management of your daily work-pl find out which is more urgent and least urgent -do not do two things at the same time=strictly follow time management-when you have heavy work do not bother about cleanliness of the house especially kitchen kids room improper way they have kept their books shoes etc these things can be attended after wards-pl do not bother what others think about you -your health is important-pl do not miss your favourite channel read news paper drink lots of good drinks-all the best to you
Go out in nature with your favorite music, wearing comfy clothes and do deep breathing exercises. Have something fun to look forward to after this like a delicious meal, a shopping trip, or a cool movie. Enjoy. Goodbye stress and I'm glad to see you go.
All answers from everyone are great. What I've also been doing to combat my stress is read a lot of books. I have recently bought a whole bunch of them, mostly self help books like "The Birth Order" and it has helped me feel a lot better about myself. I have also been more involved in playing video games on my PS3. I'm a grown woman of 24 years, I won't deny that I still enjoy having fun like how I did when I was younger. So I recently bought the Mass Effect trilogy and have been playing it, stunning graphics and a great story. So far I'm enjoying it a lot. :)
