The last time I answered this exact question, my answer was removed, so I'll just say that my answer is something you probably do anyway going by that profile pic you provided. If you don't do it, you really should give it a try. Try not to get caught at it. Could add more to your stress levels thereby increasing the chance you'll do it that much more. (Trust me, don't want to get caught up in THAT vicious cycle!)
here are the methods that I've read about: exercise, meditation, massage, sex, and/or sleep. the top ones are sex and exercise. there's a hormone (morphine maybe?) that is released after climax that helps relax a person. exercising also helps with stress but I can't remember how.
music is a big stress reliever. Make sure you allow plenty of time between activities, having to many things at once stresses people out and it makes them worry they will never get things done in time. Exercise really takes stress away, helps clear the head like music. Discuss what is stressing you out with someone, get it off your chest. And if the stress gets big, walk away from what's bugging you and take a time out and a few deep breaths.
Go out in nature with your favorite music wearing comfy clothes doing deep breathing exercises. Have something fun planned afterwards like a delicious meal (including dessert), a fun hobby, or a cool DVD. Goodbye stress glad to see you go.
