Do wear your underwear. Do NOT wear white pants, especially after labor day. Do insert your necessary whatchamacallits. Do NOT wear the same one more than twice. Do clean yourself. Do NOT scream at people.
can you talk to your mom, school counsler, or trusted teacher? You will need to get some pads, tampons, and pantyliners. (in the event the tampon leaks) for your cramps, irritability, low back pain, water weight, headache, and other symptoms you may experience try Pamprin (they have pamprin for teens) There is also Midol. however Pamprin seems to work better for me so you may have to try both to see what works fir you. Stay active as it will help eleviate cramps. If you are tired, have a headache, or other symptoms tyr laying down and take a nap. Do not be afraid!! While having your period you will have blood clots or tissue looking materials coming from your body. You may see this on your pad, tampon, or when you use the restroom. After your period stops count 28 days from the ladt day of your period and thats the aproximate date you will have your next period, however all women are different and you may get your period at 25 days to 30+ days. If your symptons become to bad and interfere with your school, activities after school, fainting, severe headaches (about 1-1 1/2 weeks before your period) you can take the pill to eleviate these symptoms. But I would not suggest that if your a young pre-teen or young teen. Also if you smoke you are at a much greater risk of a Stroke. You also need to schedule an appointment with a Gynocologist (doctor for women for their female parts, issues with your period, pelvic exam, breast exam, ect..) If you do not have the HPV vaccine you need to discuss this with your mother, doctor, or other women/man (father) to make an informed decision to get the vaccine or not to. If I had a teenage son or daughter I would NOT push the issue as this has been liknked to certain types of cancers. (but if you have UNPROTECTED SEX) your putting yourself at risk for an STD that causes infertility, there is no treatment to cure this, you can and will spread this to any male you have unprotected sex with. (DO NOT BELEIVE any boy/male that tells you that you can NOT get it from oral sex....YES YOU CAN!!!) I HOPE I HELPED...AND YOU FEEL BETTER DEAR!!! :) You can ask me anyother questions you may have or any advice you need. TAKE CARE..... Im a 43 yr/old married female...Paramedic/Firefighter...with a son and daughter... ( just wanted you to know who your are reading from)
talk to your mom, sister, aunt etc any woman you are comfortable discussing it with. and try a feminine wash like vagisil ph balancing, it helps with smells, and some of the discomfort you're going to experience. welcome to the club, you can trade up for a menopause membership in about 50 yrs lol
