It sounds goofy, but plain white toothpaste (just a dab on each bump) will really help. Put it on at night then wash it off the next morning in the shower. It has a drying effect and will help those oil glands to shrink back down.
Don't worry too much about a few zits ruining your picture - a tiny dot of concealer on each (get as close to your skin tone as possible) will render them invisible to the camera.
Two little camera tricks that'll make your picture come out extra good - 1. use concealer to make a straight line running down the bridge of your nose, then blend it in very well. Blot with a little bit of translucent powder. This will make your nose look symetrical and straight on camera - also it will help ensure that you don't have a shiny nose.
2. Use white eyeliner on the *inside* of your lashes. Basically you want to put it on the very edge of your eye. (Put regular eyeliner on the other side, but don't overdo it.) The white creates the illusion that your eyes are bigger and more open than normal
