apple cider vinegar is excellent for helping you lose weight. You can mix it in that or orange juice, Drink it 20 minutes before meals. Of course, it will not work if you eat a lot of junk food and you have to get exercise too and drink plenty of water. The vinegar will help melt the fat off a lot faster.
IF you cannot stand the vile taste of vinegar, you can get it in tablet form at either walmart, walgreens or any health food store.
Word of warning, if you have problems with your blood sugar be careful because it can cause your blood sugar to drop. If you are normally healthy, then there should be no problems. :)
