I have these hand tremors since I was young. doctors couldn't find anything wrong. I don't get them when I hold on tight. Tired of them.

I get them when I am typing or just my hand relaxing. it's mostly my right hand.

You need to find a good neurology clinic in your area. Usually it is neuropathic(because of signal mix-ups in your nervous system). However that doesn't mean the doctors can find a reason. There is a number of similar disorders which cause tremors, pain, tiredness etc and some of them are idiopathic.
However, even if they can't diagnose you directly, when it will be clear that there is nothing else wrong with you, you can get neuroactive medicine which will manage your condition perfectly.
