Why has my protein powder NOT yielded significant results?
It's Body Fortress whey protein with 25 g in a scoop. I have taken 1 scoop a day after working out about 10 times now. My soreness has not seemed to be recovered much if any at all every time, which is what I am using it for. It says take 1-2 scoops a day and 2 is more for serious athletes and bodybuilders. I work out obsessively. So is it because I am not used to protein powder, or I have to take 2 scoops instead, or what? Does it matter if somebody is not used to it? Also, I eat plenty of food daily with a balanced diet.
