I have been eating 4000 calories per day (female) & have tripled my food intake over a couple weeks. I'm super hungry. Any solution(s)?
For the last week I have been so hungry and have been eating three times as much as usual (4000k). I've also been much thirstier and have doubled my water intake.
No change in lifestyle. Balanced diet, no sugar except for the occasional treat, I take multivitamins occasionally. I'm a female. It could be because of my hormones. I AM NOT POSSIBLY PREGENANT so don't even go there. I can't even fight my hunger right now because I'm a student and need to be mentally in my studies, not focusing on food. I run 2-4 miles nonstop 2-3 days per week, walk to school, the store, and to my friends' house. This can't continue because I need to lose weight, not gain any. I'm 5'7 and 185 lbs.
